Here are a few frequently asked questions.  If you have others, contact us and we will do our best to answer you in 24 hours or less.

1) What are your rates?

Currently our rates are $30 an hour.  Some jobs (backing up a hard drive, upgrading a computer, changing an operating system, etc.) are a flat rate.

2) Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a discounted rate of $25 an hour to seniors, students, and nonprofits.

3) Do you accept other forms of payment?

We will sometimes negotiate swaps for various goods and services and are exploring accepting the North Fork shares currency system (more about that on The Community link at the top of this page).

4) Can my organization be linked on your community page?

Sure! Just email us the link and we will get it up as soon as we can.
